Hand 4: To look for slam would you consider a splinter of 4D after partner’s 1H opening or do you guarantee 4 card H support to do so even though your 3 card support is excellent?

I try to only splinter with 4 card support. I do it with 3 if I have already denied 4 cards or also if I don’t think I have a better approach.
